Who we are？
China Ningbo European Industrial Park is co-founded by Spanish ITC Group and Corusland Company in 2003. It’s a big multi-functional international park with international modern plants available. We are mainly specialized in providing international standard plants in China Ningbo European Industrial Park for international customers.
2. Investment Environment
China Ningbo European Industrial Park is located in Hangzhou Bay New Zone, Ningbo, a central coastal city in south eastern China. It is connected with Shanghai through the world’s longest trans-ocean bridge-Hangzhou Bay trans-ocean bridge. The weather is mild and humid climate all year round with four distinct seasons. The annual average temperature is 16 ℃,and the average precipitation is 1260 mm. |

Ningbo is a famous port city in China which is also one separated city planned by the state and is regarded as one of the cities most suitable for living. The population is about 5.64 million and is about 50 km from Hangzhou Bay New Zone with 30 minutes car driving through the connected highway. The GDP of 2008 has reached 396.41 billion Yuan which has increased 10.1% over 2007. Ningbo Port has 210 routes that link all the major ports of the world. In 2008, the throughput of Ningbo port reached 10.846 million TEUs. It becomes the eighth port of the world by surpassing Rotterdam, Netherlands, etc.
Cixi City belongs to Ningbo, the population is about 1.02 million. It is about 15 km from the Hangzhou Bay New Area with about 20 minutes driving. There are more than 50000 industrial enterprises in this city. The GDP of 2008 has reached 77.629 billion Yuan while the import and export has amounted to 6.876 billion U.S. dollars. It’s a typical export-oriented city and ranked third among more than 2,000 similar cities in China.

China Ningbo European Industrial Park is divided into Area A and Area B with 500m between each other. The earth area of Area A is about 202,927m2 with a 59.8% construction density and 17.8% green land rate. The earth area of Area B is about 66,666.7m2 with a 52.79% construction density and 19.5% green land rate. The total earth area of the park is about 269,593.7m2 while the total construction area is about 230,274m2. Area A is combined by business office area, business and living complements, etc… Area B is combined by manufacturing factories and offices. |
